Soul Coaching

We offer one-on-one and group soul coaching sessions for women. Soul coaching is designed to help women access their own inner guidance and wisdom and is done with the greatest respect for the knowledge, power and experience of our female clients. Together, we co-design and co-create a coaching pathway, based on the goals and needs of clients.

We draw upon many eastern and western traditions in our coaching approach including Transpersonal Psychology, Mindfulness Practices, Holistic Healing and Divine Feminine Practices.

Our coaching can include any of the following pathways to empowerment:

1. Connecting to Passion and Clarifying Intentions and Goals

2. Creating from the Positive Feminine

3. Transforming Wounds into Wisdom

4. Inner Conflict Work

5. Strengthening Inner Guidance and Purpose

Soulful Woman Coaching adopts a holistic and spiritual approach to coaching by focusing on women's empowerment, purpose and healing. We encourage women to take compassionate and self-loving responsibility for their own fulfillment, health and happiness, and to activate the inner healer and creator within themselves.

We understand that we all need support to heal and grow and value the crucial role that a safe and respectful coaching relationship can have in our lives. Soul coaching can be applied to most life issues such as work or family, relationship or creativity, health and money, purpose or meaning. Coaching can be done in person or by phone.
